SEAS of Norway announces Olav Mellum Arntzen as new Managing Director

SEAS is pleased to announce the appointment of Olav Mellum Arntzen to the position of Managing Director of SEAS Fabrikker AS, effective January 1, 2009. Mr Arntzen succeeds Jan Erik Paus, who has served in this position since 1982. Mr. Paus will continue with SEAS in the capacity of Sales and Marketing Director.

Olav was first employed at SEAS in 2000 as a development engineer in the R&D Laboratory. In 2005 he was promoted to the position of R&D Manager, and has continued in that position up to the present. His work in the R&D lab has been heavily focused on product development, project management, and quality assurance.

Olav holds a Master's Degree in Acoustics from the University of Trondheim, Norway. In addition to his extensive technical education, he has engaged in a continuing education curriculum; with a strong emphasis on the areas of business development and management.

SEAS is a world renowned supplier of High-End loudspeaker drive units to original equipment manufacturers of home audio, home theatre, automotive, and professional loudspeaker systems.
